Art Showcase
A curated public gallery of your artworks and collections — with artist profiles, exhibitions, and enquiry, sale, and booking capture, all inside Mewayz.
Art Showcase is one of 50+ modules in the Mewayz platform. It manages your whole gallery — artworks, artists, and exhibitions — and publishes them to a shareable public gallery page, while the orders, enquiries, and bookings it captures flow into the rest of your workspace. Switch it on when you need it, off when you don't; like every Mewayz plan it's white-label, so you can even run it under your own brand.
What you can do
- List your artworks. Add each piece with images, price, dimensions, medium, type, and availability (available or sold), then publish it to your shareable gallery page.
- Build artist profiles. Capture each artist's bio, specializations, experience, awards, and styles, and link their works and exhibitions to a portfolio.
- Run exhibitions. Create upcoming, live, or completed exhibitions with dates, location, curator details, associated artworks, and ticket pricing.
- Take bookings. Let visitors reserve an exhibition visit; bookings land in a manage view where you confirm, edit, and track status.
- Sell and capture interest. Accept online purchases and record enquiries from each artwork, with orders tracked as paid or unpaid.
- Organize the catalogue. Set up mediums, types, and specializations that become filters visitors use to browse your gallery.
- Watch performance. Track total revenue, artworks, artists, and exhibitions, plus revenue trends, payment status, top artists, and recent orders.
How to enable Art Showcase
- Open the module marketplace. In your Mewayz dashboard, go to Modules and find Art Showcase.
