CMMS

CMMS is one of 50+ modules in the Mewayz platform. It runs your maintenance operation end to end — from logging a piece of equipment to closing out the work order that fixes it — and shares your team, vendors, and reporting with every other module you switch on. What you can do
- Build an asset register. Record equipment and assets with their location, category, purchase details, and current condition so you always know what you own and where it is.
- Raise and track work orders. Log a maintenance request, set its priority and status, attach it to the right asset, and follow it through to completion.
- Schedule preventive maintenance. Set recurring maintenance plans on each asset so routine servicing happens on time instead of after a breakdown.
- Assign technicians. Give each job to the right team member and see who is responsible for what at a glance.
- Group by category and location. Organize assets and work orders so a multi-site operation stays tidy and reportable.
- Track it on the dashboard. See open, in-progress, and completed work orders plus asset and maintenance counts in one view.
