Hotel & Room Management is one of 50+ modules in the Mewayz platform. It runs your whole front-desk workflow — from a guest reserving a room to check-out and payment — and shares guests, payments, and reporting with every other module you switch on. Turn it on when you need it, off when you don't; like every Mewayz plan it's white-label, so you can even run it under your own brand.
What you can do
- Build your room inventory. Create rooms and room types with capacity, base and final price, taxes, features, images, and an active/featured status.
- Manage reservations. Take room bookings with check-in and check-out dates, guest counts, nightly rates, discounts, and automatic availability checks that disable fully-booked room types.
- Track the booking calendar. See reservations in month, week, or day views, and watch summary cards for total bookings, paid bookings, draft bookings, and revenue.
- Keep guest records. Store each guest's contact, address, and company details so the same profile flows into CRM, invoicing, and email.
- Add facilities and coupons. Bundle paid facilities (spa, transport, room service, and more) onto a booking and offer percentage or fixed-amount discount coupons.
- Approve and bill. Move bookings from draft to paid or cancelled, download a booking PDF, and choose the payment method per reservation.
