NGO Management

NGO Management is one of 50+ modules in the Mewayz platform. It runs your whole fundraising and program operation — from a campaign through to receipted donations and the people you help — and shares contacts, payments, and reporting with every other module you switch on. What you can do
- Manage donors. Keep donor records with contact details and donor type, and see each donor's total giving update automatically.
- Run campaigns. Create fundraising campaigns with a target amount, dates, and status; the amount raised updates as donations come in.
- Record donations. Log online (Stripe/PayPal) and offline gifts against a donor and campaign, mark them paid, and tie them to a bank account.
- Track fund utilisation. Record how campaign funds are spent, attach receipts, and keep a transparent expenditure trail.
- Coordinate volunteers and beneficiaries. Manage volunteers by campaign and document the beneficiaries each program supports.
- Handle help requests and inquiries. Collect assistance requests, contact messages, and newsletter sign-ups automatically.
- Monitor impact on the dashboard. See total and active campaigns, donations, volunteers, monthly revenue, and a 7-day donations-trend chart.
