Photo & Studio Management is one of 50+ modules in the Mewayz platform. It runs the whole studio workflow — from a client booking a shoot to the payment clearing — and shares clients, payments, and reporting with every other module you switch on. What you can do
- Manage appointments. Take or add bookings with a service, start and end times, and price; assign team members and move each one through pending, scheduled, completed, or cancelled.
- Build service packages. Create photography services with a price, category, image, and the camera kits they include.
- Track camera kits and equipment. Catalogue your gear by type and tag, with specifications and availability, and link kits to services.
- Manage your team. Add studio staff with designation, experience, skills, and an hourly rate, then assign them to shoots.
- Record payments. Log payments against appointments, mark them cleared, and watch revenue and payment status update on the dashboard.
- Keep client records. Capture enquiries and newsletter sign-ups, and reuse client details across the rest of your Mewayz workspace.
- Track it on the dashboard. See total appointments, revenue, team members, and pending bookings, plus appointment- and payment-status charts.
