What you can do
- Build tour packages. Create tours with route, duration, adult and child pricing, transport type, gallery, highlights, what's-included, and multiple dated departures with seat capacity.
- Plan day-by-day itineraries. Add titled, dated itinerary entries plus travel documents, transport bookings, travel meals, and emergency contacts per tour.
- Handle inquiries and convert them. Capture tourist inquiries with person counts, budget range, and auto-calculated cost summaries, then convert them into confirmed tour bookings.
- Manage bookings and payments. Track confirmed bookings with traveler details, record payments against unpaid balances, and download receipts.
- Keep guides and resources. Maintain tour guides by language and expertise, plus travel insurance, travel equipment, and seasonal travel tips per tour.
- Track the dashboard. See total revenue, active tours, total bookings, total customers, an inquiries-trend chart, and a calendar of inquiry dates.
